This is our tooling and inspection equipment, including CNC, EDM and WEDM, this equipment is all made in Japan and the UK. The tooling tolerance can be 0.005 mm and we have 3 coordinates in each process to measure, to reduce the error rate, to improve mold production efficiency and to shorten the production L/T. We can make 30 precision mold sets every month. We take 30-35days to make mold tooling. Double injection tooling will be longer.
