WHAT WE DO
Emery in DongGuan was established in April 2016 . We specialize in mold design ,plastic injection, die-casting ,silicone,spray painting, NCVM, polishing, printing etc.
Our main business can be divided into two areas, the first area is the part production for products in audio and energy storage field, such as plastic parts for set-top boxes, which includes one color and double injection ,as well as some dustproof products, waterproof product parts, and the surface treatment of these products. The surface treatment includes spraying and NCVM and PVD.
The second area is the design and assembly of finished products, including health care, sports training and Ozone purification products.
OUR WORK FLOW
This is our product development process, from product feasibility analysis to mass production, I have analyzed and reviewed every step. In the development process, we use some auxiliary software, including optical design light tools, Moldflow, Analysis, thermal analysis and other simulation software, to improve efficiency and reduce mass production failure costs
